My clients are able to fill their tool box with practical skills that work specifically for them, thus giving them control of their health and wellness for the long haul.

  • My practice is rooted in an Individual Approach that focuses on Root Cause Resolution. I use your specific signs and symptoms to help educate you about what is going on inside of your unique body, and support you through diet & lifestyle modification for your current needs. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach here; we work through Mind, Body and Spirit for a synergistic approach.

  • I empower women by helping them determine their bodies’ unique needs, educating them about how to support those needs and encourage them to take control of their health, so that they can get their lives back, without any “one-size-fits-all” approaches.

  • My approach is to meet my clients where they are; with empathy, compassion and empowerment. I know what it feels like to have symptoms that no one can explain, and to feel defeated. I help you regain control of your health by educating you about your unique body, and how your diet and lifestyle choices may be impacting your unique body. Once you’ve gained the understanding of WHY things are happening, you will feel empowered to make well-informed decisions that align with the intention of healing and maintaining long term wellness.

Blueprint Development | $200/client

We will develop your blueprint during two sessions. All new clients MUST complete these sessions before moving on to Blueprint Review Sessions.

30-60 minute sessions

Blueprint Review | $75/ session

Any session after you Blueprint Development will be considered a Blueprint Review Session.

30-45 minute sessions

**If you haven’t had a session with me in the last 12 months, we will need to “Re-Develop” your blueprint so plan for an extra 30 minutes in your session and an additional $35 fee.
