Bye-Bye Burnout is my Signature Program that is designed to help individuals who have been under significant stress for a long time. This program is for you if you are an individual who is experiencing burnout, who relies on sugar and caffeine to get you through the day, who has a long list of responsibilities that you can never seem to complete, a mountain of guilt about not being able to get it all done, and the sinking feeling that things are never going to get better.   • Bye-Bye Burnout: Roadmap to Resilience is a strategically designed journey that is intended educate you about best functional practices for getting out from underneath burnout and back to living life on your terms. Flip through these slides for a peak into each session and what you can expect to learn throughout Bye-Bye Burnout.

  • Session 1: Foundation, lays the groundwork for “What is going on in there.” I believe that having a foundational understanding of what is happening at a physiological level, gives my clients a new appreciation for what their body is going through, therefore giving them a deeper drive to show up for themselves in new, mindful ways.

  • Session 2: Regulate highlights the stress response in the body, what it looks and feels like, and how it can affect other areas of my clients wellbeing, because everything is connected. We review the various types of stressors and what we can do to regulate the stress and get back to a state of resilience.

  • Session 3: Nourish focuses on the dietary aspects of my clients lives. I teach about how digestion SHOULD be working in a functional system, and some the ways that things can go awry. From there we talk about what foods my clients may be consuming that are causing farther stress on the body, as well as what foods that my clients should be consuming to support resilience. Lastly, we dive into each client’s habits and routines surrounding food and mealtimes to ensure each client is set up for success.

  • Session 4: Eliminate helps my clients to understand the sticky truth about sugar. We discuss the impact of sugar on the body, particularly a body that is already under an immense amount of stress. Sugar has its own session because it really is such a complex factor in human wellbeing, including the dance it does with SO many of our hormones.

  • Session 5: Refresh speaks into some of the lifestyle aspects that impact our wellness, with a focus on Hydration, Exercise and the almighty SLEEP! Here I educate my clients about using these factors as a means of supporting and refreshing their taxed systems.

  • Session 6: Sustain reviews all of the important highlights from the previous sessions that I like my clients to hold onto as they move forward with their healing journey. We also explore my clients’ mindset surrounding their self care, and the importance of cultivating an inner monologue that supports my clients Long- Term Wellness and Healing.
